Recorded by the New Composers in 1988-1989, the album included the band's first universally recognized hit "Exactly Today Right Now". The band's first video was filmed for the title track of the album on Leningrad television with the participation of Vladik Mamyshev-Monroe. Due to a change in the creative concept and the departure of the band to the UK, the original album was never released. Some compositions from this program were included in the New Composers compilations, but the entire album will be released only now. An interesting fact, also associated with this album, is that the cassette with this album played in the car of a friend of musicians Viktor Tsoi at the time of the accident that claimed the life of the leader of the Kino group. In 2022, this cassette was exhibited at the biopic exhibition of Viktor Tsoi in the Moscow Manege. A multi-channel soundtrack from the NK archive was used for the release of the album. Restoration of materials and a new final mixing of the album was carried out by Maxim Kondrashov at Maschina Studio in St. Petersburg in the period 2021-2022.
