Its launch shook up the music industry — the LP became the third best-selling album of 1997 and later one of the most commercially successful albums in the history of Russian rock music. Critics called 'Vorona' the best work not only of Linda but also of Fadeev. In the singer's discography, this album was her third. After debuting with 'Songs of Tibetan Lamas,' Linda continued to reveal new musical dimensions to the then still uninitiated Russian audience. Gothic arrangements mixing elements of electronic and ethno-folk with Eastern motifs and melodies are full of mystique and alluring detachment. This originality continues to captivate audiences to this day.
